We rigorously test all our designs before they are made available to the public, however we understand that occasionally things can go wrong. If you have any issues with our design, please contact us at info@playconveyor.com and we will do what we can to assist.
Refunds are at our complete discretion.
Please remember, if a refund is granted, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.
